Florida Virtual Campus (FLVC) has added a new easy-to-use Career Interest Activity to its flagship education website, FloridaShines.org. The new tool enables students to explore career paths aligned with their strengths, interests, and goals. Through a series of guided questions, this valuable new tool helps students reflect on their abilities, work preferences, and education plans— whether they're considering college, technical training, or entering the workforce. Students receive their top three matches from Florida’s 17 Career Clusters, along with information on required skills, training pathways, and earning potential to support further exploration.
